“Oh my God, oh My God” is all I could utter as I sat there stunned by the performances in The Vagina Monologues, Thursday, March 17th @ The Wilshire Ebell Theatre.

The unique piece, which has been performed in the US and Europe, was directed this night by Penny Marshall and delivered by some of the finest actresses in the biz.

Every seat was filled and outside the streets were jammed with heavy traffic.

As I circled the area to find parking because the lots were filled to capacity all I could see were women in droves scurrying to the theatre as if TD Jakes was preaching a sequel to his famous sermon “Woman Thou Art Loosed.”

March 29, Interscope Records will release Will Smith's first album in three years. Lost and Found includes guest appearances by Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg and Timbaland.



Smith reportedly recorded more than 50 songs before choosing the final 14 tracks for his ninth album. He says it features "the most in-depth, revealing writing that I've done in my career."

The first single from Lost and Found is a cut called Switch.

BLU's party was anything but blue, it was dope and I mean like a poppy field. Once you entered the door, everything inside was white and fluffy in white clouded smoked filled rooms (literally) with J-Lo locked into the penetrating sound system, affecting mind, body and soul. You felt like you died and went to party heaven. BLU celebrated in goddess like fashion and she reigned among all the beautiful people.

Who were they: Tyson Beckford, Wesley Johnston, Four of a Kind (new B2K style rap group), Brit gal Dennica, Music Artist K-Million and many, many gorgeous models and Hollywood young bloods. Even Rodney Allen Rippy was there.

It was like a dream. What else can you expect from an enchanting beauty like Blu? This party was in a stratosphere of its own!

CONGRATS TO NAACP AWARD WINNERS

The biopic "Ray" about the life of legendary singer Ray Charles won four NAACP Image Awards, including an outstanding-actor trophy. Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman won the Image Award for supporting actor in his role in the film "Million Dollar Baby."

Kanye West was named outstanding new artist for his album, "College Dropout," while Grammy-winner Usher was honored as outstanding male artist. "American Idol" winner Fantasia was named outstanding female artist.


Singer-songwriter Alicia Keys also was a multiple winner, taking home a pair of trophies for outstanding song and music video for "If I Ain't Got You."

LEBRON JAMES SETS NEW RECORD

James became the youngest player to score 50 points in an NBA game, but his franchise-record 56 weren't enough to prevent the Toronto Raptors from beating the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-98 on Sunday.

At 20 years, 80 days old, James eclipsed Rick Barry as the youngest player to score 50 points. Barry was 21 years, 261 days old when he scored 57 for San Francisco against the New York Knicks according to the Elias Sports Bureau.
