Lajura @ A Step Beyond

Sisters really are doing it for themselves… Meet Jessica Javier a.k.a Lajura. Lajura was born and raised in Washington Heights, she credits her 6 year stint in the Dominican Republic in her early teens.

Growing up Lajura had dreamt of an acting career as well as fashion design although she pursued neither. Instead, destiny led her to a College for Liberal Arts where she met her boyfriend MIG, a.k.a Supreme Being. They currently work together at his company A Step Beyond Inc, the company specializes in multimedia web and graphics design.

It was Supreme Being who gave Lajura a vision about a female art department within his company. Being a struggling hard working female herself, she believed in the success of all women and that is how Lajura @ A Step Beyond was born.
