Luenell: Sets the record straight,
'I am not a 'ho' just a hard working mom
By Eugenia Wright
Luenell wants to set the record straight that she is not a ‘ho! As an actress and comedienne she has portrayed the femme fatale, but wants to make it clear that, that is a character.
Luenell has professional and classical theatrical training and attended Chabot Community College in the Bay area majoring in English.
Although it is flattering that many think she is the greatest siren of the decade as a direct result of her portrayal of a prostitute in Borat, the reality is that
Luenell has struggled to make it this far. She is a serious comedienne and accomplished actress…with skills (formal stage training from the Bay area). As a single parent who once faced separation from her one and only child,
Luenell wants the public to know that she is a hard working mom who loves and dotes on her child as much as Anna Nicole did on her son Daniel.
Luenell's everyday mantra is to make her daughter’s life beautiful.
“When you have only one child, you give them all your love. God made my daughter perfect, I always say so, so I don’t need any others.” –

In Hollywood typecasting occurs, you play one role to the hilt and that’s the bag that the industry sees you in. On one hand it is flattering, however
Luenell wants to diversify with future roles. Lately the scripts she receives are to play ladies of the night, but she is not in a position as yet to turn down acting work.
Luenell's flair for comedy to entertain and make people laugh and her ability to portray the courtesan to the T is what puts food on the plate. Her current association with Katt Williams and being a part of his show “The Pimp Chronicles” now on tour nation-wide has been a comedienne’s dream and she is thankful to have this opportunity to work with such a comedic great and to work with the other members of the comedy ensemble that include Red Grant and Melanie Comarcho.
“I don’t live in a red light district. I still live in the hood and go to my neighborhood church. Do I work ‘odd’ acting jobs to make ends meet and carry a little pimp cup? Well, the answer is--yes. But, I drink my tea out of a regular cup and saucer like the rest of the folks.” –
